The Rising Artist Program was created to identify and develop extraordinarily talented young Artists in their pursuit of musical accomplishment. We aim to highlight these talented musicians and help provide a network to build and diversify their creative and professional skills throughout the stages of their education and career.

The Rising Artist Program is diverse and inclusive, as we recognize that the viability of the performing arts depends on a reflection of the communities in which musicians live. Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are high priorities for our brass brands and a critical component of a musician’s success in the future.

Rising Artists have access to the vast pool of world-renowned talent available, including current Artists, internationally recognized coaches, and master teachers. Program participants have access to private mentoring events and are presented with the opportunity to expand their creative, professional, and artistic boundaries.

The Rising Artist Program is a two-year extra-curricular program with Rising Artists expected to attend online seminars and masterclasses which will be announced prior to the acceptance deadline. Rising Artists will have the opportunity to work with our Artists through recordings, lectures, and possible mentorship opportunities. Participation is required with admission to the program.
